When i started playing again i wasn't sure what kind of pads were good and affordable for me, but through looking around and doing some research i ended up with a set of Bauer Vapor Pros (35+) for a VERY good price, used of course. So i went from a PRO pad to a SENIOR pad going with TPS summit plus, and that's the change i want make clear and if there was a difference. No problem, kinda expected that, so i went stitch by stitch and super glued any loose ends or potential loose ends. my Vapors are much better quality (they are a pro level pad, so it's expected) and show no signs of bad craftsmanship. The TPS pads are at first glance well put together, but once you get some use on them (1 or 2 games) some of the calf guard gets frayed, the stitching gets loose etc....
