-- Goaltender Nathan Lawson made 19 saves and Brian Willsie scored the eventual winner while on the power play in the second period as the Hamilton Bulldogs defeated the Toronto Marlies 4-1 on Friday in American Hockey League action. Hamilton increased its lead in the second when Willsie fired a laser past Owuya's blocker on a feed from Frederic St. -Denis. Defenceman Garrett Stafford, Aaron Palushaj and forward Phil DeSimone also scored for Hamilton (19-18-5). He whipped the puck from the slot top corner to beat goalie Mark Owuya's glove, extending his point streak to 10 games. Fresh off a one-game suspension, Stafford opened the scoring on the power play at 8:10 of the first period. Palushaj tallied Hamilton's third marker at 12:06 in the third. Willsie and Andreas Engqvist each registered an assist on the goal.

There were 2 Howard blockers, 1 Howard catch, unused Conklin block/catch, MacDonald catch, Larsson catch, and then 3 sets of pads: Howard, Conklin, Koopmans (played ECHL last year or 2 years ago). Howard catch was gone in about 5 minutes, both Howard blockers gone about 5 mins later, MacDonald catch gone about 15 minutes later. There were only 2 sticks, both white Howard Warriors, both gone in about 10 minutes, but both were at least cracked to begin with so they weren't really worth it. So overall, pretty limited selection that was picked through almost instantly. DX2 blocker and ZG glove. Anyone planning on going tomorrow and looking for goalie stuff is pretty much SOL. The Conklin glove set was really nice, if it's still there. All 3 sets of pads were still there when I left, $600 each....
