The sliding was great, I even found myself over sliding on a few occasions and my game being 3-on-3 I got tons of breakaways and my slides were nice and quick. Glove : The glove is one thing I was a bit nervous about as I've I should also mention that these pads felt really hot with the closed calf wrap. All in all, I was very surprised on how great these pads felt for a first outing. The plus two thighrise is really nice to close up the five hole as well as the turco break. I was previously in 36+1'' Vaughn 7400's and these feel a bit taller. The rebounds were absolutely shooting out compared to my Vaughns but this is a good thing because they end up quite far and out of harm's way....
