Since there is land under the Antarctic ice sheet and the South Pole is currently about 9000 feet above sea level, the ice-gone South Pole would probably still be above sea level depending upon the rebound of the land that is pressed down by the... My guess is that the temperatures would range from perhaps 50F below zero to perhaps 40F above depending upon the season, amount of sunlight, etc. If the Arctic Ocean were ice free at any time, the temperature of the salt water would have to be above 27 degrees fahrenheit. However, even with the ice gone, huge cold air masses could still form over Siberia, northern Europe and Canada that could push out over the North Pole....
