I have a pair of bauer vapor xxx skates i bought around september and did not get them baked. Thanks Vapor skates are one of the narrowest boots out there. You could just need to get used to them (as spider mentioned) or they may not be the right skate for your foot shape. I was thinking about it but never got to it. The size is perfect and everything but the skate almost seems to narrow for my foot. You couldnt have switched to more different skate. Also the Vapor is a very stiff boot and the Vector is a very soft one. It could be any of the things mentioned that are causing the foot pain. Never got this pain when i had vector 4....
